Cleveland Lions ROAR!
Rigorous and joyful instruction across all content areas for ALL students. Cleveland will continue to prioritize early literacy instruction and ensure students are reading on grade level and building a rich vocabulary. We will emphasize creating joy, excitement, and conceptual understanding in math.
Opportunities to connect, engage, and build community. We will intentionally cultivate and build relationships and partnerships within the school and surrounding community by hosting monthly family/community engagement activities and developing meaningful partnerships. Consider joining/leading the PTA, volunteering, or running for LSAT to play an active role in your scholar’s education and contribute to the betterment of the school.
Actively cultivate wellness in our school community. Ensure students, staff, and families feel loved, supported, and a sense of belonging by being culturally responsive, a bridge to resources, and create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Refine our practices. We view feedback as love. Feedback is an investment in our success. We will solicit 360 feedback and engage in professional learning to continually improve our practices. |
